Chicago, IL: As much anticipation was built up for Felice “Lil Bulldog” Herrig to step into the cage carrying her favorite hockey team colors, Felice along with Chicago Bulldogs players and fans will just have to wait a little longer.

I’m sure by now you’ve heard that the fight between Felice Herrig and Kelly Warren in Rockford this past Saturday night did not happen.  Why? Kelly Warren didn’t make weight. She was 8lbs over.

Was it wrong for Kelly Warren, who’s known about this fight for quite some time, to come in that overweight? Absolutely, she had plenty of time to train, get her cardio up and get the weight off, but she didn’t even do that. To date Kelly Warren has yet to issue an official apology. There is no excuse for Kelly’s unprofessionalism.

Despite her disappointment, Felice still attended the fights on Saturday and represented the Chicago Bulldogs. She stayed all night giving interviews, taking pictures with her fans and showing tremendous support for her favorite hockey team.
