The Chicago Bulldog's missing link or as some on the
team may call him "The Missing Stink", has release a
statement via his agent.
Ironically his agent is Adam Katz who is
also agent to Sammy Sosa from the Chicago Cubs.
In the statement release Tuesday morning
from Ayotte's agent:
"I saw Dan today out at the airport. He started
his new job at O'hare...for right now he works
dayshift again and would be able to play, but in the
beginning of the month at a Thursday morning hockey
session, he took a cheap shot from a guy out there
and hurt his knee, sucks too, cuz it was the day
before his wedding. The hit he took didn't look that
bad, but the guy fell on him and that's what hurt
his knee...its still hurting him so he isn't playing
for now."
Comments from Bulldogs General Manager
Alex Martinez: "We are disappointed, but at the same
time we are hoping that Dan's injury is not serious. We
will place him on our team injury list and his status
will be week to week."
Dan Ayotte was not available for
comment.......
