Bulldogs hit the Tournament Circuit

May 17th, 2005- Are they ready for it? Who knows, but after only playing competitive ice hockey for almost one year the Bulldogs have thrown their hat in the ring or should I say the ice and will be competing for the Inaugural "Denny Pratt Memorial Cup". The tournament is the first ever for the Bulldogs and the venue will be Johnny's Ice House in Chicago, IL. May 28th through May 29th 2005

In a press release General Manager Alex Martinez said " I am a little nervous, but at the same time excited to have the team participate in the tournament". Coach Darfler reiterated, " They have come a long way and feel that this is not only a good test for them, but also its a great way to measure to see where the team is and where they need to be for future seasons".

The Bulldogs have applied for a franchise with Johnny's Ice House for the 2005 Winter Season and the tournament will be a good way in not only getting familiar with the competition, but also the staff and facility.
