Busy Bulldogs tackle on tough schedule

February 14th, 2008-The Bulldogs have won two in a row and currently undefeated in the DAHL, beating Sabotage last week 4-2. This week they take on the Outlaws in DAHL action and also hit the road to take on teams across the U.S.  in the USA Hockey Pond Hockey Championships.

Competition in the DAHL has been good. The league is well balanced and the commish, what can you say Mr. Hayes has it together.

On the 23rd the Bulldogs beat Iradd 5-3 and just last week they beat Sabotage 4-2. At the moment the Bulldogs remain in first place and un-beaten.

DHAL action to resume tonight vs. the Outlaws.

After the game the Bulldogs will jump on the bus and head to Eagle River Wisconsin where they will participate in the USA Hockey Pond Hockey Championships. Over 100 teams have registered for the event.

Last year the Bulldogs participated winning only one of three games, but #24 Karl Hayes made the USA Hockey magazine which helped put the Bulldogs on the map.

Puck Bunnies where are you?? The call for local Chicago Puck Bunnies have been answered thanks to team photographer Jeff Krich and Model Photographer Pat O'Brien. Once the Puck Bunnies are picked one of them will qualify for a round trip to Las Vegas with the team, the Chicago Bulldogs fans will vote.

Once again we thank our friends and fans for supporting Bulldogs hockey, what Beer League hockey is all about.
