These hustled all the way to one goal a piece. Both
displayed toughness in a Bulldogs lose.

2006-
With only
two games remaining in the season before last night, the
Bulldogs needed to win them all in hopes of a second
seed in the playoff bracket. Well at this point they
will have to settle for a fourth place clincher as they
loose to the Viceroy 6-2.
The Viceroy
scored first and added three second-period goals to
thump the Bulldogs in JAH action last night. Four
different Viceroy scored in the game to end the
Bulldog's season-high, 5-game unbeaten streak. Viceroy
improves to 10-6-1, while the Bulldogs drop to 10-7-1.
The Bulldogs also fall to fourth place and appear to
remain there unless they get help from some of the other
teams.
"Viceroy
released some frustration on us tonight," team Captain
Joe Van Grimbergen said. "We had nothing in our hand,
but still found a way to play a strong third
period. Viceroy was the better team, but we'll turn the
page and move on from this game.
Joe who was
one of the two Bulldogs who scored along with Mike
Montague (had to mention Monty's goal, since the highly
trained, super duper staff in the league did not give
him credit for it).
The Bulldogs
return to action on Saturday to close out the regular
season against the Centurions.
The Good:
Subs Showed: Jason and James finally showed.
Bulldogs were able to dominate when they passed.
The Beer, as some Bulldogs out it, the Beer is the
best thing about this place.
The Bad:
No passing for most of the game.
Inaccurate shots on goals, we made the goalie look
better than he was.
The Ugly:
Frank Lionello's family who is African-American
being asked to leave the facility.
